Here's an excerpt:
Tracy Smith (6-8, 240, Jr.). As noted above, Smith was a force of nature on the offensive glass last year. Nevertheless his overall offensive efficiency is hurt by the fact that he’s a bad free throw shooter who’sfouled often. In fact he’s almost as successful from the field (54 percent on his twos) as at the line (59 percent). Keep in mind that Smith took on the starring role in the NC State offense even when he was a sophomore playing alongside upperclassmen like Costner and McCauley. To say he’s likely to take a few shots and absorb a few possessions this season, then, would be a gross understatement.
Among the things included in their glance at the Wolfpack: a table entitled "Apparently Really Good Shooting Is Irrelevant" (sigh), some kudos to Sidney Lowe for getting Tracy Smith into the lineup, and the opinion that shoring up the interior defense is "job one."
NC State is projected to finish last in the ACC with a 3-13 record.
Elsewhere, SCACCHoops also previewed the Pack today.

Yeah, and I think that...
… Dick Crum should get credit for putting Lawrence Taylor into the lineup, too.

I don’t think we finish last. 11th, maybe, but I’m thinking somewhere between 8th-10th.
All Wolfpack, all the time.

hope you're right
I think I’d be thrilled with another six conference wins. Not sure where that would put us.

btw, watch out for UVA, everybody
BPro thinks they should finish in the neighborhood of .500 in the ACC (regression to the mean + tons of returning minutes). Which would make Bennett a shoe-in for coach of the year.
