Skinner ACC's Best QB?
Wake Forest QB RIley Skinner is better than N.C. State QB Russell Wilson, at least that's what these guys say. I am not sure I can go that far. Skinner is good, we can all agree on that, but did he pass for 17 TDs and just one interception a year ago? Of course not.
There are a lot of other good QBs in the ACC, but nobody, not Christian Ponder, not Thad Lewis, not Chris Turner and not Tyrod Taylor are better than RW. And definitely T.J. Yates isn't.

We'll find out this year
I’d go with Wilson, but Skinner is a little more experienced.

At the halfway point in the season, I would have to say so ...
Skinner, Ponder, Taylor and Harris have all looked a little better than RW.

The last two games have certainly shown Wilson to be outshined by his opponents.
