Tracy Smith Out For The Rest Of The Weekend (At Least)

Not too surprising:

Smith, the team's leading scorer and rebounder last season, returned to Raleigh on Friday to have an injury to his left knee evaluated by N.C. State's orthopedic staff.

Smith's status beyond the tournament is unknown. The school said it would update his status after the evaluation.

He can get plenty of rest between now and the Wisconsin game, which is the next time we'll really need him.  Let's hope that's enough.
