The N.C. State women's basketball team advances to the finals of the ACC Tournament for the first time since 2007, defeating Boston College 63-57 in the semifinals of the ACC Women's Basketball Tournament at the Greensboro Coliseum on Saturday. An undersized Wolfpack squad used a 15-0 second half run to rally, depending on its rugged defense and the clutch shooting of senior guard Nikitta Gartrell, who scored a game-high 25 points and several key shots down the stretch. State will face top-seeded Duke in the tournament final on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Moving on.
