The NCAA plans to expand the men’s basketball tournament from 65 to 68 teams beginning next year and announced a new, $10.8 billion broadcasting deal with CBS and Turner Broadcasting on Thursday that will allow every game to be shown live for the first time.

a part of me is bummed they didn't go 96
Seeing as how that would make the Pack damn near a shoe-in for the tourney next year. Yep, I’m that desperate.
The depressing part...
… is that we WEREN’T in the way-too-early projected “field of 96” for next year that came out a few weeks ago…

I agree. 96 would have been nice, but I’m glad that they didn’t go that far … especially with a new coaching staff at BC.
