That's Jarvis Williams, but if you replace "UNC" with "NCSU," it could just as easily be the Carolina offensive lineman (name escapes me) who expressed a similar opinion back at the beginning of the '00s.
I don't have a problem with this, except that I don't understand why someone would suggest that stringing a few wins together changes anything.

i agree with your comments about
the rivalry not changing in view of a string of wins. the rivalry didn’t change when Sheridan won 6, 7 or 8 straight games, or when Brown won “whatever number of straight games”. the team on the losing end of the string just tries harder to win. see Amato and Rivers breaking the streak at UNC.
