NC State Ranked 23rd In Latest AP Poll

PrintNC State and Miami are the only ACC schools ranked in this week's AP Poll. We're 27th in the Coaches' Poll.
Not sure I'm ready to call us a top 25 team just yet (okay, yes I am), though we definitely looked like one yesterday.

A ranking means nothing now. It only matters if they play well against VT next week.

State certainly passes the eye test
We have looked more impressive than quite a few top 25 teams I have watched this year. Hopefully we can still be ranked next week too.
I hate being ranked...
… but it’s only because I’m so used to our teams being complete head-cases who can’t handle it. I’m guessing TOB will keep the guys focused and we won’t have that issue… we’ll see.
A win Saturday puts us in position to have a nice little season here…
