"For our fans, there is going to be a new email address set up…so they have a special place to share issues they might encounter," Yow said. "Because what fans need will always matter."
This promise has come to fruition in the form of the Wolfpack Unlimited feedback tool on gopack.com. The tool, located under the "Contact Us" tab on the website, allows fans to submit feedback about the site, the Wolfpack online store or general questions about anything in the athletics department. These concerns are being taken seriously by all in the department, according to Yow.
"[The comments have] been great because some people have just had some bad information that we could explain," Yow said. "Some people have come up with good ideas that we’ve initiated because of them."
And through Labor Day, each concern has been addressed.
"We answer every question," Yow said. "We comment on everything that is said to us."
Athletics using fan response to improve gameday experience. Unless it ended up in my spam box and I missed it, this means I'm literally the only person who hasn't gotten a response to an inquiry. I'll keep pestering them about selling those sweet-ass soccer jerseys, though.
In all seriousness, this is really awesome. Kudos to Debbie Yow and the athletics department for following through.

Maybe you don't exist
have you thought of that?

you wound me, sir.
Since you asked—it can be a challenge sometimes. In situations like this where I only have a couple of sentences to add to a link, I generally don’t bother creating a new post. I like to take advantage of the flexibility SBN affords me in this regard. It’s faster and I get lazy. Sue me.
I don’t understand why this is an issue, but I’ll get back to making real post titles with Guided By Voices references that no one gets just as soon as it’s warranted. (Sometimes I can’t come up with a good one. That’s another thing.)
This is great
the change that was needed at NCSU at the AD department. Its so clear that Yow is 10x the AD as her predecessor. It makes me sick to my stomach the way the press handled that situation, if its NC State that is always a negative spin on it, it shouldn’t be that way. UNC and NC State are the two biggest state universities in NC. They should be represented equally and impartially in the papers. When they both are successful that bodes well for the whole state. I don’t see why some people don’t get that.
Steelers football is supposed to be 60 mins, recently it's been 45. The additional 15 are currently under construction.
