in all sports, when a team is losing, the fan base will
voice their displeasure. get used to it. at least we are not wearing paper bags, yet!
Ryan, despite the team losing, i still go to games and cheer for you. i still watch the games, when broadcast and i do not attend. even when losing, i still love watching you play!
Now we’ve got to feel bad about feeling bad about losing? Being a State fan is really tough…

Ryan - I Hope You Read This
You are doing a great job. It is fun to watch your game improve. You will be the talk of the league in another year or so.
We – the State fans – are like any other school’s fans, we want to win. Unlike most other schools, we see a team on the court that we think can beat just about anyone, but losing too often. And unlike many other schools, we’ve seen excellence before – but not in a really long time. Because of those factor, we really have a difficult time being satisfied watching the team we love not reach its potential.
This may be the best team we’ve had in many, many years. Because of that, we expect success this year, and it isn’t happening. Tracey and CJL will probably be gone to the NBA next year, so we’ll take a step back in talent.
If not now, when?
^Ditto, and
I would add that the systemic issues with this team must be attributable to coaching. There’s just no other excuse left.
Hodge basically called out the current players on facebook recently
Pretty much said they needed to get their asses into the gym and work harder.
