as to O’Brien-he is a Marine- hoo-rah! actually hoo-rah! used to be just an Army thing, but i have read that Marines now do it also. prior to that i thougt it was Semper Fi for them.

for me it was a big “old heave” for the Pucking Buzzard-101st Airborne

i should write that the shoulder patch for the 101st is an eagle,

and us soldiers called it the pucking buzzard.

I was a Screaming Eagle as well ...

A true classic … I was in the 313th MI Bn in the mid 90s when we got a facelift on our HQ building. Our pompous and always well tanned commander ( a westpointer) was so proud at the unveiling of the beautiful signage in front of his shiny new building which boldly announced the 313th Military Inteligence Bn. (kinda forgot to engrave that extra L)

I was one who couldn’t stand to watch after we couldn’t move the ball at the beginning of the 2nd half. I popped on my headphones and proceeded to address my honey-do list. Halfway through the 4th I realized there was hope and started paying attention, but never went back to the tube. (didn’t want to jinx them)

I want some credit for this win

I was discussing plans to convert CF to a bass fishing arena so that we can tailgate and watch a successful program for a change and as plans advanced further, the comeback gathered more steam.

Fantastic highlights

Almost NFL Films-esque.

I was driving the family back from Atlanta, visiting in-laws for Thanksgiving. I checked the score at a rest stop (the NC Welcome Center, I think), and saw that it was 41-35. I was sure we were in a dogfight and it couldn’t end well. What a great comeback!
