George Mason hires Paul Hewitt to replace Jim Larranaga
Bizarro world here, in that Paul Hewitt lands another job and quickly. Blewitt, I mean Hewitt, has a 5-year deal that at its top could reach $1 million per year. This in addition to the $130,000 a month he will be receiving from Georgia Tech for the next five years. Apparently the GT contract also had no offset clause that would reduce the buyout by his new salary.
Another strike against Dave Braine and possibly puts him a nose ahead of Fowler for dumbest AD of all time. What a horrible contract.

I half expected to see that Silly P had signed a 20 year contract
His agent is just that good.

That is astounding and a little bit appalling, and I don’t even care about GT. So Hewitt gets 12 million dollars over the next 5 yrs, less than half of which comes from the school actually employing him. Hilarious.
Did GT
Just let Hewitt write his own contract? If I were running for POTUS, I would hire Hewitt’s agent as my campaign manager.
Anyone have the phone number for Hewett's agent
I have no talent at anything in particular, but I want to hire that guy NOW!!
