A former Wake Forest University student who will appear Thursday on NBC’s The Today Show filed a complaint in 2009 alleging that former WFU basketball player Gary Clark sexually assaulted her in a hotel bathroom while teammate Jeff Teague stood outside the door, according to a report from the Miami Police Department.

That would have been JT's only assist of the year
Sorry, poor taste, but you know

Yea, that's just nasty
Were these kids from the south, because that is NOT southern hospitality… That’s Ben Rothlesberger like! And Big Ben is the devil.
Still don’t get something, why 2-years later? Why on national TV? I know someone put something on the other post about Miami-Dade Police, but did the investigation just die? (which wouldn’t shock me) Not being critical of the woman, just curious about the facts.
From article
“No charges were filed, the report said, because prosecutors said they didn’t have enough physical evidence, the woman’s report was delayed and the players claimed the incident was consensual.”
Feel that happens way to often. JT standing outside the door would appear to support it, if its consensual a sock on the doorknob will suffice.
Timeline
See link posted by Akula Wolf a couple of posts down under the first post about this mentioning the info from Blogger So Dear. Basically she reported to WFU campus police and got stonewalled. Someone with more life experience would have known to go straight to Miami-Dade County PD, but she was trusting that campus staff was there to help her… And we all know how well THAT works if you are not the athlete…
