Despite Steven's setback in rehab (lower body injuries are the WORST to recover from; wanna make sure you're 100% before getting back to it), the remaining three podcasters--James, Derek and Austin--trudged on through the podcast...battlefield(?) last night at Amedeo's.

Chuck Amato joins us again via Skype and offers up his opinions on expansion: the concept of 16-team MegaConferences, ACC's history of expansion and his thoughts on State leaving the ACC if invited to the SEC. We follow Chuck's segment with some expansion talk of our own.

Sadly the topic of the alternate uniforms didn't come up (sorry Steven), but we did manage to sneak in some discussion of the new basketball court paint scheme in our first brief segment.
