Glennon is the #22 rated passer in the country
OK - sure, Russell is #2... but when you're 0-2 against FBS opponents, and you're looking for where the problem is... a top-25 quarterback is simply not responsible for the state of our team.
I'd kill to have a top-25 offensive line... or running back... or any element of defense, whether it's a top-25 player or a top-25 defense in terms of yardage, points allowed.... anything.
Just helping to keep perspective, and keep Glennon from taking blame he simply does not deserve. He's an unquestioned bright spot right now.

exactly
I was thinking about that as I watched him get sacked 5 times against Cincinnati. Averaging more sacks per game than Wilson has on the season thus far. Fortunate he hasn’t gotten hurt.

And the key to beating CMU is getting to their backup QB
He’s 1-4 for 4 yards, with 2 picks. Negative QB rating. That’s kinda awesome…
Hey, Bryn Renner's 13th!
Despite being one interception shy of leading the nation.
I agree, Mike Glennon isn’t your problem by a longshot, but it’s nice to be able to root for Wilson and see him succeed without it bothering my conscience.

Love Russell
but have you seen the teams he has played…they are awful. They haven’t been tested in the slightest. Still hoping he helps Wisc win the Big-10, but feel we are getting shafted on the national scale because he is “excelling” against crap opponents.
Yeah, it will be interesting to see how they do against Nebraska Saturday.
