the downside is

This game looked like a breakthrough for a while
but the reality is, if Miami was not 1-16 from 3, we’d be screwed.
Oh well, I still think we win, and that’s all that matters. We’re even for the GT game on the luck scale.

Not sure where the burst of energy from Miami came from in the 2nd half
but way to hang in there boys. Great game for Painter and congrats to Scott Wood for breaking a JJ Redick record. When’s the last time, ever, we shared a lead for the regular season title after a single game in the Conference?

Larranega Did Something Smart...
After Reggie Johnson got his 5th foul and sat…he never got back up off the bench…The U went small and Larkin was that guy who provided a serious spark…now they were creating turnovers and had the players to get out and run as opposed to Johnson’s slow trot down the court huffing and puffing…genius move, came to late…
Foul trouble hurt or rebounding…and I think the dance team hurt our concentration…
