Wood on never beating UNC: "(pause) I don’t know. Has your wife ever cheated on you? (pause) That’s probably about how frustrating it is."

I am still working on a scale for grading losses, but here's what I've sketched out so far:
5-point loss: wife cheated on you, but you never really liked her that much anyway
15-point loss: wife cheated on you
20-point loss: wife cheated on you with Jeff McInnis (hat tip to TVP for that joke)
25-point loss: caught wife in the act
30-point loss: caught wife in three-way including that jerk neighbor you hate
That will probably need some adjusting here and there as we move forward.

In the category of “Best answer to a postgame question during the 2011-12 season”, I believe Wood just clinched no worse than a top-10 finish, maybe top 5.

Suggested grading scale
5 point loss – Your wife cheated on you, but with the bikini model that lives next door, and next time she said you can watch them.
10 Point loss – Your wife cheated on you with Tom Brady, but since you have a man crush on him, it’s not so bad.
15 point Loss – Your wife cheated on you with Tom Brady, and his entire OL….
20 point loss – Your wife cheated on you with Tom Brady, and his entire OL….and posted the sex tape on You Tube
Blowout 30+ Point loss – Your wife cheated on you with Tom Brady, and his entire OL…then passed her on the Giants OL (who you hate), posted the sex tape on You Tube, and sent copies to all your family and friends…Thus making the highlights on Sport Center……
