We're still waiting for the full schedule from the ACC office, but some scheduling info regarding State's 2012 opener against the Tennessee Volunteers just hit the tubes. The Pack will be playing in August this season.

Oh, and the game will be televised by ESPNU. I couldn't tell you what ESPN and ESPN2 got going on on a Friday night in late August, but I'm sure it's really important. Maybe one of those strong man deals. I guess we won't be receiving quite the level of national exposure we thought we would, so that's a bummer. It's still going to be a fun, winnable game, though--we can pretend we're at the Peach Bowl!
The other game in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff, Auburn vs. Clemson, is slated for Saturday, Sept. 1, on either ESPN or ABC.
