Even considering the legend that is King Karl Hess, I can't say I ever thought I'd see this. In the second half of NC State's gutless loss to Florida State, Karl Hess appears to have a brief conversation with NC State greats Tom Gugliotta and Chris Corchiani before deciding to have them tossed. Both Gugliotta and Corchiani were seated and not making anything resembling threatening gestures. Via CBS:
Corchiani responded on Twitter afterward and said there was no profanity involved.

Sheesh, if that's true, I have no idea how I managed not to get tossed back when I was in college and his lordship was in the building.
