I stumbled across this yesterday and it's fun timekiller: the Wall Street Journal's Blindfold Brackets. For each matchup they provide a few key attributes for each team, like experience, overall quality of the offense and defense, etc., but no team names.
My picks ended up being less extreme than I thought they'd be, probably because I generally ignored a couple of team attributes that I don't think have much bearing on tournament performance.

Kentucky over Kansas in NCAA title game. I only blindly picked NC State to advance one round :(
