Where's my curling pool?

I believe we were promised a curling pool. And now the Olympics have started (note: No they haven't - nothing happens until it appears on NBC in the Eastern time zone) and I have not even seen a bracket. Or who's playing. Or what the rules are. How the @#$@ are we supposed to get through a basketball season without curling?

So here's what I can tell you: the curling starts on Monday. But the first week is all qualification. Also, if someone were to post a bracket half way through the qualifying to organize a pool, it probably would not mess up the results at all. If you wanted to slip Burma and Paraguay into the bracket, there is a decent chance I will pick them to make the Sweet 16. And Slate sums up the importance of the sport: "the fact that there's room in the Olympics for people who do not look good in Spandex gives hope to the rest of us lumpish couch-jockeys."

Other important info: I do not know if the entries are people, or countries. Either way, probably you should pick people/teams that live within 200 miles of Minot, N.D., where there is plenty of opportunity to slide rocks on ice, and also not much opportunity to do anything else, a combination that I think is critical to curling success. I do not know the rules, but there appear to be some. For some reason, sometimes it is better to not score than to score one point, or something like that. I'll be honest, I have not paid a huge amount of attention since that one liveblog four years ago.

THE POOL: I have no idea how to do a pool. If someone has a suggestion, or if our distinguished administrators have a pool ready to roll out, then that is what we should do. Otherwise, I guess post your picks in the comments. Since I started this, I get to claim both Burma and Paraguay.

{I would've put a curling pic here, and then I wandered down the rabbit hole of what is a legal image, and can't even figure out where the SBNation pictures are, and I've got to run before it gets dark, and find your own damn images. To my knowledge there are not curling cheerleaders or nude curling, though given Canadians' justifiable interest in beer, it's surely happened.}
