The #goacc Moment of the Week (3/16/2014)

Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

The weekly in-depth look at the best (worst?) moments in ACC schadenfreude.

With conference tournaments coming to a close today on Selection Sunday, it's only fitting that I announce that later this week, the #goacc Tournament of Champions will be unveiled - a bracket of 64 of the best #goacc moments in order to determine the winning moment of the year. Look for around Wednesday for the bracket to be released here on BTP! In our final week of the "regular season," General Washington's battle cry ultimately defeated a strong Clemsoning effort. Who will be our final #goacc bubble teams to make the bracket for this season? Vote below!

1. The U puts out a PSA on bike safety that blatantly takes shots at Florida (h/t @RedditCFB).

The Gator's getting away with the bike....BAH GAWD SEBASTIAN WITH THE SPEAR KING!!!! AS GAWD AS MY WITNESS, HE'S BEEN BROKEN IN HALF!!

2. Tim Brando dropped the greatest line in broadcasting history during the ACC Tournament (h/t @JamesCurle).

How can that be topped? That makes his "dramatic deuce" call seem pedestrian.

3. Mike Dunleavy lost a steel cage match against Houston (h/t @the_Jameson).

DAMNIT VINCE STOP THE MATCH......ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

4. The ACC halftime entertainment continues to suck without Red Panda (h/t @NicoleAuerbach).

This is even worse than that damn Simon Says guy, and I never thought that to be possible.

5. Maryland gets booted out of the league by a Bojo dunk (h/t @kmarkobarstool).

Well..........bye, Maryland!

6. UVA fan rides to Greensboro in style (h/t to our own @akulawolf).

I think I would literally faint if I saw TOB ride up to the Greensboro Coliseum in that ride.

7. The ACC Tournament had a t-shirt gatling gun that looked like a grenade launcher from Goldeneye 64 (h/t @joeovies).

Maybe it should've been renamed a t-shirt mortar cannon. Good heavens.

8. Jay Bilas loves him some Ludacris.

Seriously can't stop watching this.

9. State somehow scored on this possession thanks to a wacky assist from Ralston Turner (h/t @the_Jameson).

Well, if y'all think this possession is wild...just wait.

10. Syracuse's last possession is the best thing you'll see on the Internet (h/t @wxmoose, @WorldOfIsaac).

Here's @wxmoose with the unedited video of Syracuse's wacky last possession against State:

Just hilarious. But what happens when you add in the Benny Hill music?

This is just absolutely brilliant.

11. Lunardi trolls the hell out of all State fans by putting State as a 12 seed instead of North Dakota State.

First, this happened:

Then this happened:

THANKS A LOT LUNARDI!
