NC State advances with 67-58 win over Miami

Streeter Lecka

This NC State basketball season will eventually have an ending, but it isn't gonna be today. The Wolfpack managed to fend off Miami in the quarterfinal round of the ACC tournament on Thursday, 67-58. T.J. Warren was not at his best, but he still finished with 24 points on 50% shooting, which is a solid day for most mortals.

Ralston Turner was the story for the Pack--he scored 22 and hit five of eight three-point attempts. Turner hadn't reached double figures since the UNC game in late February, and he hadn't hit five three-pointers in a single game since the win over Maryland in January.

And also there were some other things that happened and woohoo we ain't dead yet, you guys! Hugs for everyone! I love this week ... it can end in tragedy (it won't this time), but the ride is so great in any case. We will see you tomorrow night.
