I'm still wrapping my head around the massive dose of good fortune we got--against Maryland, no less--but then again this good fortune was wrapped within two layers of awful crap, one layer of redemption, and four layers of tragic comedy. There could not have been good fortune without all the bizarreness that preceded it. Logan Winkles, deep threat. Randy Edsall had to play three quarterbacks, and the backups were more effective than Perry Hills. Edsall burned a redshirt on the last drive of the game. Their kicker hit field goals from 36 and 48 yards, and missed an extra point as well as the 33-yarder he missed to end the game. Who knew a game that featured a combined 38 points scored could be so nuts.

I can't remember the last time TOB was that outwardly excited about the result of a football game. Which is just another example of how improbable that win was.
