Buses! They're full of adventure. And rats. Roving, voracious, and highly intelligent rodents bent on world domination. Oh, and homeless people who pee in the seats. They like the bus, too. Tom O'Brien has not commented on the situation, but when he does you will not remember a thing he said because he speaks in vanilla static.

They say the victim was a 64-year-old man who drives a shuttle for a Mooresville bar and that the victim accused Sweezy of stealing his tip jar. They say Sweezy punched the man in the face several times.

Officials say the charges aren't set in stone. The district attorney's office will decide on any further charges.

"The reason why we're looking and the investigation is continuing is because the gentleman at 65 years of age has some substantial injuries and the most appropriate charge is what we're after," Capt. Frank Falzone, of the Mooresville Police Department, said.

Police say alcohol was a factor in the incident.
