Pretty good, pretty good. I don't see any swear words in there, which is always a good sign. I give this performance, oh, let's say 4.5 Smirking TOBs out of 5.

It was Clemson's second lowest per-play and total yardage output of the season. Only Virginia Tech's defense did a better job containing the Tigers offense. NC State's defense has rallied to such a degree that its season-long averages look very similar to those of last year's defense. With the exception of the Florida State game, State's defense has been outstanding in the second half of the season. Three of five opponents have been limited to fewer than four yards per snap. They held opponents under 200 total yards in back-to-back games. Florida State is also the only team to score more than 14 points on this defense since the bye.

Offensively, Mike Glennon had a nice bounce back performance following a stretch where the passing game had been pretty limited. He did not throw an INT in a game for the first time since early October.
