The NC State 2012-13 Home Opponents have been released, according to GoPack.com. The Pack will face ACC opponents Boston College, Clemson, Duke, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Miami, North Carolina, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest at home. As far as out of conference scheduling goes, the Pack is set to face Miami (OH), Norfolk State, Stanford, St. Bonaventure, UNC Asheville, UNC Greensboro and Western Michigan at home, as well as facing Cleveland State in Reynolds Coliseum.
After Gottfried's aggressive scheduling last season, the somewhat limp out of conference schedule has me scratching my head. Granted, State will take on teams such as Michigan and UCONN in early season events, as well as possibly matching up against the likes of Oklahoma State in the Puerto Rico tip off - still, I can't say I'm terribly excited by the lack of any quality home opponents from respectable mid - to - high major opponents.
