ACC Power Rankings - Week 7

Well, I hear there was some football played last weekend, but much like the Federal Government it appears we took the weekend off over in Winston-Salem… And in other news, the ACC has four teams in the Top-25. #goacc

  1. Florida State (6/6) – So did I win any recruits over the weekend finally agreeing with me that this was the best team in the conference? That QB they have is something special…
  2. Clemson (3/4) – Beat down that other Orange team at their place. Hosting BC this week.
  3. Miami (13/14) – Took care of GT for their first conference win.
  4. Virginia Tech (24/25) – First beat GT and now the Heels to move to 2-0 in conference. Are things turning around in Hokie land? Hosting Pitt this week.
  5. Maryland (NR/NR) – Yikes, surprised we didn’t see more blood on those fancy white uniforms following that destruction that was FSU. Hosting the Cavs this week.
  6. Georgia Tech (NR/NR) – 2 and 2 in conference and 3-2 overall. Heads out to BYU this week.
  7. NC State (NR/NR) – And the streak in Winston-Salem continues.. (sadface).
  8. Pitt (NR/NR) – Coming off a bye week, heading to Blacksburg this week.
  9. North Carolina (NR/NR) – Lost to the Hokies to drop to 0-2 in the conference.
  10. Duke (NR/NR) – Coming off a bye week, hosting Navy this week.
  11. Boston College (NR/NR) – Took care of Army but the government was closed. Travels to Clemson this week.
  12. Syracuse (NR/NR) – Got roughed up by Clemson in their dome. Traveling to Raleigh for the Block S Face-off.
  13. Virginia (NR/NR) – Lost to Ball State… at home…
  14. Wake Forest (NR/NR) – Continued their recent mastery of NC State in Winston-Salem.
