You GOTT to tell me THIS isn't happening...

Hat to tip our own Omega Wolf from the NCAA Tournament open thread but there appears to be a pretty interesting development occurring in LA some time today, that's probably worthy of its own story. [Update - I also just noticed that someone mentioned it in REALLY REALLY TERRIBLE too, so I apologize for missing it there - I've been trying to avoid that story as much as possible :-) ]

So far, he seems to be at least a couple names down the pecking order, with Shaka Smart and Brad Stevens leading the "wish list" but still plenty of reason for concern. I think he would leave Raleigh in a second for a relatively easier position in the Pac-Whatever, so I guess I hope he doesn't get an offer. Hopefully Coach Gott and Ms. Yow are sitting down to a nice breakfast or lunch today.

I hate to ask, but what's Plan B? Hope we don't have any reason to need to consider that option, but you know we are NC State...
