I Accept The Frisman Challenge

This sounds bad and terrible and sure why not.

Rob Kinnan-US PRESSWIRE

A light-hearted Q&A with the new football staff is ongoing at GoPack.com, and when they were asked last week to name a guilty pleasure, one star emerged (I mean other than Coach McNutt, who is my new favorite person): wide receivers coach Frisman Jackson. While most of the coaches admitted to the usual stuff (junk food, candy), Jackson offered up a bizarre food combo: Doritos, pickle juice, and hot sauce. He explains below beginning at the 55-second mark.

My immediate reaction to that was, first, it sounds terrible, and second, I have got to try that. I have since purchased all three ingredients, and I will follow the precise instructions laid out in the video to achieve this soggy delight. I think we should all accept the Frisman Challenge this offseason.

This may well be an undiscovered country of brilliant flavor that merely requires refinement and mainstream exposure, and if that is indeed the case, I am going to do whatever I can to aid the cause. Well, either that or throw up. We'll see.
