Philip Rivers is apparently a big Kenny Powers fan

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Our former starting quarterback, noted bolo tie enthusiast Philip Rivers was recently caught playing in a softball game wearing some interesting attire. Take a look below:

That mullet and jorts combo is absolutely glorious. Originally, I saw this story on Deadspin here, but it would appear the original person who snapped these pictures has now protected their Twitter account. I'm guessing Rivers and the other Chargers on the team weren't too keen about these hitting the interwebs, but it apparently made Sportscenter per the tweet from @jcmnz24 above, so...kinda hard to hide that now. Just imagine Rivers dropping Kenny Powers' signature line to fans of the opposing team, and try not to laugh too hard.

On another note, unfortunately won't have a #goacc Moment of the Week for y'all this week, but I did want to leave you with something to enjoy this weekend. We'll be back with the #goacc Moment of the Week next weekend! (and yes, this will be automatically entered into the next #goacc tournament, because....duh).
