College football week 1 Thursday shedule: Game times and TV info

Nelson Chenault-USA TODAY Sports

By 6 p.m. ET Thursday night we will be in the loving embrace of college football, which we have missed dearly these past far-too-long months. There is potential for a few solid games tonight, beginning with UNC-Sakerlina at six, followed by Utah-Michigan at 8:30, and TCU-Minnesota at nine.

And hey, if you want to watch Wake Forest play Elon, you can do that too. That's not recommended as that game may cause blindness, but it's your life, bub.

For the true college football stalwart, there is even a game that kicks off at 1 a.m. Eastern Friday morning -- Colorado vs. Hawaii. Stay up all night with college football!

Please consider this thread the discussion post/place of football-related celebration. The full schedule for the evening is below.
