East Carolina earned a lot of attention for its fancy offer letter made to look like a scroll, and it was cool (except for, y’know, the typos), but most schools are incorporating catchy-looking design work into this stuff. NC State is no exception.
Here’s what they started sending out to recruits this week, helpfully put on display by four-star quarterback commit Devin Leary:

Not too shabby, and look there, the word “scholarship” is not misspelled! Way to go, guys, I’m proud of you! (Could be typos in the body of the letter, which is too small to read, but at least they got the big bold part right.)
I don’t know what sort of high-concept design NC State might incorporate the way ECU did. Maybe next year’s letters can be written on the inside of a wolf’s pelt? (Just kidding. Please don’t call PETA on me.)
