The #goacc moment of the week (11/13/2018)

I know we’re a few days late on this (Thursday games always screw up my routine) so apologies for that everyone! Truthfully though, this one is worth the wait. We’ve got an absolutely sensational lineup of #goacc for you all to vote on today. I know we’ve had some absolute doozies so far this year, but this could take the cake. Let’s get down to it - who wins your #goacc moment of the week? Vote below!

1. David Cutcliffe’s swag is off the charts (via @marilyn_payne)

Cutcliffe is the best, y’all. No music? No problem. Nothing was going to stop him from dancing all over UNC for the third straight year.

2. John Krasinski doesn’t realize the picture someone sent him was actually Chris Paul.

Shout out to Bart for sending this to me, because it’s just incredible. I think my favorite part about this was the many people that replied to Krasinski with variations of IDENTITY THEFT IS NOT A JOKE JIM!

3. ESPN decided to give NC State a new color scheme (via @jessacagiglio)

Woof. I’m glad NC State never went with blue as an official color. That just looks...wrong.

4. Louisville’s ACC soccer championship trophy went on an epic adventure (via @adavidhalejoint and @GWALLSID)

I’m actually shocked through all of that ordeal that the trophy wasn’t damaged in any shape or form. That’s absolutely incredible. I do wonder how often that happens on flights for teams that have won a trophy.

5. The announcement that Louisville fired Bobby Petrino happened during the recorded broadcast of the Bobby Petrino show (via @KYSportsRadio)

This honestly might supplant the infamous Beamer 0-0 picture as the most #goacc picture of all time for me. The timing of that news scroll mashed up with Bobby Petrino’s face is just absolute perfection. “INSIDE THE CARDS WITH BOBBY PETRINO....WHO WAS ALSO JUST FIRED” probably isn’t a tv show that gets the green light. Was it intentional that Louisville made the announcement public during this show? Because if so, getting dunked on by your employer like that is just a brutal burn.
