First up I’ll start with an apology - I cannot believe I missed UNC football’s official twitter account tweeting #BeatUNC last week. That’s an egregious miss on my part and I will certainly strive to do better! I hope we’ve done just that for you this week because my goodness did #goacc get cranked up to 11 this past week. I’m going to dive right into it because it is just that good - who gets your vote for #goacc moment of the week? Vote below!

1. Ref refers to UVA as Virginia Tech and fans were NOT PLEASED! (via @willsworldMN)

My goodness, when even the announcer calls you out about that, you’ve made a turrrrrrrrrrrrible mistake, ref. Hope he ran outta Charlottesville as fast as he could.

2. Mitch Trubisky had a pretty incredible Mike Ditka outfit (via @barstoolbigcat)

Say what you want about ol’ Mitch, but he absolutely nailed the Ditka costume. This is even more tremendous than when Mike Glennon dressed up as Tom O’Brien several years ago.

3. Mike Francesa is wonderfully in tune with college football in New York (via @BackAftaThis)

Man, gotta love that New York footprint!! Honestly why anyone listens to Francesa other than to laugh nowadays, I have no idea.

4. Good grief, Florida State (via @LarryWilliamsTI)

Someone needs to set this little dance to music. Maybe the Fergie National Anthem remix the Warriors dropped in their locker room the other day.

5. Coach Keatts, we need to talk about this shirt (via @WRALSportsFan)

Coach this shirt....well...it’s bad. Let’s toss that in the back of the closet to never be heard from again, please?

6. Shirtless FSU professor reads book as Clemson is demolishing the Noles (via @SBNationCFB)

This honestly might win #goacc moment of the decade. Our friends at SBNation proper wrote about this extensively here, which I highly recommend reading. This guy is a professor at FSU! Tuition is paying for this guy to teach!! Incredible. Absolutely incredible.

7. Virginia Tech, how did your special teams look against Georgia Tech? (via @samdcooper)
