Folks, I’ve noticed an interesting theme during this offseason when it comes to NC State football. It seems that people are so scared of NC State’s potential that they are suggesting, simply to counteract their own doubts about their own dull-ass teams, that NC State no longer has Jaylen Samuels.
This is absurd, of course. Patently ridiculous. I don’t know why I’m even addressing this issue. But let me just tell you why I am addressing this issue.
Look right here, and can you see how no one thinks we have Jaylen Samuels anymore?
ACC Atlantic Division odds via Bovada:

Clemson 4/15
FSU 7/1
Louisville 20/1
NC State 20/1
Wake 24/1
BC 30/1
Syracuse 40/1
That’s some bullshit right there.
And if I’m being honest, NC State has contributed to this whole long-odds thing—I mean, JaySam hasn’t taken a single snap this spring, hasn’t even suited up. But why would he need to do that and risk injury? We all know what he can do, and we also know a lot more than Vegas about what he’ll mean to this team come September. Man. This is such a joke.
