Elissa Cunane, my ACC Player of the Year. Best Player on regular Season Champs team vs. best player on team finishing fifth in the conference.

(State vs FSU; quarter finals of the ACC Tournament; 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 4th, RSN (Bally Sports)

N. C. State has an overall record of 26-3, a conference record of 17-1 (regular season champs), a Live RPI of 3, a NET of 2, an ELO of 3 and an SOS of 3. State's quad one record is 11-3. State in their last game beat VaTech 68-66 when Aisha Sheppard missed a well-guarded arc shot and in doing so won outright the regular season ACC Championship.

FSU has an overall record of 17-12, a conference record of 10-8, a Live RPI of 82, a NET of 49, an ELO of 41 and an SOS of 59. FSU's quad one record is 4-8. FSU surprisingly to me beat Boston College 63-58 in the second round of the ACC Tournament.

R1 likes State 74-58 with a 90% win probability while ELO likes State 74-58 with an 81% win probability.

The above taken from warrennolan.com.

Lobo from herhoopstats likes State on a neutral court 75.3 to 56.1 with a 93.9% win probability.

Six-two senior Morgan Jones of FSU is first team All-ACC 2021-22 with regard to the Coaches' team; 2nd team Blue Ribbon Panel. Jones shot 5 for 8 from the floor against B.C. while six-one Sammie Puisis shot 4-5 from the arc against B.C. Six-one Erin Howard led FSU in scoring against B.C. with 16 (6-12 from floor; 4-8 from the arc).

Teams which have played an earlier game in the Tournament tend to start better against teams which have not played a tournament game. In the end, State wins, but not easily. Go Pack!
