It’s a week off for the Pack, which means that you get to sit around and enjoy watching other teams play... or you can just take the week off and decompress, relax, and get some things done around the house. You know, get right with the wife and apologize for all the four-letter words you dropped last weekend that your kids have juuuuust started to stop saying all the time.
Anyways, Thursday night has a couple games. It’s gonna be some ugly football, but that could be fun!
Minnesota and PJ Fleck are gonna row the boat on into Maryland Friday night and hopefully blast the Terps out of the water. Speaking of getting blasted out of the water - or at least attempting to have that not happen - ECU goes on the road to face a pretty dang good Tulsa squad. Hawaii also gets a national TV spot Friday night.
On Saturday, we’ll get our first look at how the new-look BC team can fare against Clemson. Georgia and Kentucky will be interesting, although that Memphis-Cincy game is the one I really want to see in the early slate of games.
Also check out Coastal Carolina being a Top-25 ranked team!
In the mid-day games, UCF-Houston should be a wildly entertaining showcase of offense and in the most 2020 thing to happen to date, Indiana and Rutgers is a somehow intriguing game of unbeatens (yeah, they’re each just 1-0, but still).
It’ll be interesting to see which VT and which Louisville team show up for their game. Could be a fantastic game or you might just be pissed at yourself for wasting your time watching it. Who knows! College Football, amirite?!
Everyone’s focusing on the Ohio State @ Penn State game in the evening, but I want to see what Mike Leach can cook up against Alabama. The Miss State offense has looked like garbage over the last three weeks, but anyone who paid attention to his Washington State teams knows that this is what he does - lose games he shouldn’t and then beat top teams.
Go Wahoos!
