NC State baseball opens season with Seton Hall on Friday

College baseball season returns this week—huzzah!—and NC State opens is schedule with a three-game home series against Seton Hall beginning on Friday at 3 p.m. All of NC State’s games this season will have some form of television coverage, with most of them airing on ACC Network Extra.

And once the actual ACC Network is up and running, I’m assuming more of these games will appear on actual television.

State has plenty to prove this season after once again flaming out in a regional, which has become a rather painful routine over the last few years. The Pack tends not to make much noise in recruiting but as usual Elliott Avent should have a club good enough to reach the post-season.
