The Atlantic Coast Conference announced their 2018 baseball season honors, and two Wolfpack players took home some impressive honors.

In addition to the two above honors, Will Wilson (SS), Josh McLain (OF), and Brett Kinneman (OF) joined Brown (SP) on the All-ACC 1st Team, while Bailey (C) and Brock Deatherage (OF) were named to the 2nd Team. Joe O’Donnell (RP) was the lone representative on the 3rd Team. Bailey (C) and Reid Johnston (SP) were named to the All-Freshman Team.
Kent Klyman and Nolan Clenney were definitely slighted, but when there’s only one relief pitcher selected per team (yet 11 position players plus a DH on each team?!?), then you’re going to leave out some pretty deserving and important players.
NC State and Georgia Tech tied for the most players selected on the 1st Team with four each, and NC State and Louisville tied for the most players selected across all three teams with seven selections each. NC State and Virginia were the only programs with multiple players (two each) selected to the All-Freshman Team.
