It’s get-right week for NC State baseball, sponsored by existential dread

Welcome to the party.

Some of you may be new to NC State baseball, and I welcome you—yes this happens a lot, yes this is often a deflating enterprise, no you can’t quit now. I just answered a few basic questions there. Listen, you started this.

Anyway NC State is hosting a non-conference series against Bill and Mary this weekend, in perhaps the best-timed non-conference series in the history of sports. If you need the particulars (and you should, you can’t quit this now), PirateWolf has you covered.

After this weekend, in which NC State will make us all feel better about everything—but baseball mainly—the Wolfpack will close out the season with series against Wake Forest and Florida State. Both teams are good and the Wake series is in Raleigh; State closes out its regular season with a trip to Tallahassee.

There are things at stake over these next couple of weeks, but I wouldn’t add those worries on top of your various current worries. Go Pack.
