NC State baseball picked to finish 2nd in Atlantic Division by ACC coaches

Good news, everyone! Baseball season is right around the corner, and NC State begins the 2021 campaign on Friday with a three-game set against VMI. If you’re not up to speed on this year’s edition of the Wolfpack, be sure to check out PirateWolf’s preview series here, here, and here.

Last week the ACC released its preseason coaches poll, and Louisville is the favorite to win the league. The Cardinals were picked to win the Atlantic Division, naturally, but NC State checks in at No. 2 and did receive a first-place vote. Miami is the pick to win the Coastal.
