On the bright side, losing to Maryland really didn't hurt NC State at all--the Pack slid just one spot in the RPI from last week to this one, and remain in very solid standing for NCAA tournament seeding purposes. Duke and Miami are both in the top five.
Carolina moved up nine spots to better solidify an at-large bid, while the Terps used their win over NC State to vault 25 spots. They're now within screamin' distance of the top 50, which is good. Of course, we don't have another opportunity to play them in the regular season, so it ain't that good.
Six teams remain outside the top 100, but they all have at least managed to get into the top 150. The picture was a bit uglier earlier in the season.
