NC State got some good news on the recruiting front Monday with the verbal commitment of in-state guard Terquavion Smith, who is a rising junior and a member of the 2021 class. With it being so early in the 2021 recruiting process, State is Smith’s only power-conference offer at the moment, though that’ll certainly change.
