ACC announces hoops schedules for 2014-15 and 2015-16

John David Mercer-USA TODAY Spor

The dates and times have not been set, but we know how NC State's conference schedule is going to look for the next two seasons. The full release from the ACC is right here. Carolina and Wake are locked in as State's permanent rivals, which is to say that they account for half of State's home-and-homes each year. The Wolfpack won't have a home-and-home with Duke until 2015-16.

The Pack's future matchups:

2014-15
Home/Road: North Carolina, Wake Forest, Clemson, Virginia
Home: Duke, Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Notre Dame
Road: Florida State, Miami, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Boston College

2015-16
Home/Road: North Carolina, Wake Forest, Florida State, Duke
Home: Miami, Georgia Tech, Clemson, Louisville, Boston College
Road: Virginia, Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Notre Dame

Next season sets up nicely with the road trips to Syracuse, Duke, and Pittsburgh we had to endure last year flipped to home games. I am predicting an 18-0 record, which I think is a fair expectation. I might even been a little on the conservative side there.
