NC State’s updated basketball uniforms feature the new “Wolfpack font” that was introduced during the spring. C.J. Bryce and Torin Dorn donned ‘em during ACC media days this week, and I’d say they are a definite improvement over what we’ve gotten from Adidas in the past.

The lettering is a huge improvement, in no small part because the black bordering is gone. Why they left said bordering around the numbers, I don’t know, but that’s my only complaint. The shorts are basically the same, with the addition of the Tuffy logo on each side.
It’s a more distinctive look for sure, and I’m more than happy finally to be moving on from the extremely basic block lettering that State had been using for years. (It’s a shame the new lettering didn’t make it onto the football unis this season.)
What do you guys think?
