The ACC regular season is in the books, and NC State is the No. 5 seed in the conference tournament, which for the Wolfpack will begin on Wednesday afternoon. The Wolfpack will play the winner of Boston College-Georgia Tech at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, with the winner of that contest moving on to play fourth-seeded Clemson.

The double-bye dream died early Saturday, but no matter—NC State should be able to rest easy with its NCAA tournament fate determined after the Pack beat Louisville, and that’s the most important thing. And State is still well-positioned to win a couple of games next week.
Oh and uh, in case you missed it, NC State technically finished higher in the standings than UNC, which ... I mean, how did we get here? This season? Kevin Keatts is pretty good at his job.
Welcome to the best time of the year, folks. Time to go make a run.
