If the most likely outcomes happen, then UVA gets either a shot clock violation or a defensive rebound off a bad miss, and then that momentum rolls back to their end.
But Cam Hayes found the like 0.005% result there, and that is a beautiful thing. UVA plays good defense, and while this is not one of its better defensive teams, it played great defense on this possession. And UVA still got burned by randomness.
