Ramos Reportedly Flips to N. C. State

Coach Dave Doeren serenaded JuMichael Ramos this weekend, and the Georgia Tech pledge has changed his tune, flipping to the Wolfpack according to From the Rumble Seat, the Jackets' SBNation interwebz place.

Ramos is a sizeable target at 6-3, 200 pounds, and purportedly runs a 4.5 40, excellent speed for such a big target. Rivals, Scout, and ESPN all rate him as a three-star talent, and Scout thinks of him as the 72nd best receiver in the 2013 class.

Ramos, who also had offers from Cincinnati and South Florida, perhaps realized that they throw the ball like six times a game at Tech. Smart kid. He hails from the pleasantly named town of Lovejoy, Georgia, where he attended the pleasantly named Lovejoy High.

One wonders if recent WR/OLB verbal Johnathan Alston, another potential big target at 6-3 if he plays offense, will instead head to the defense. With the addition of Ramos, the Pack has a deep incoming class at receiver, though LB is relatively thin.
