It's time for this week's EXTREME EXTREMITY UPDATE [explosions]. I really need a logo for that to fully capture the breathless excitement of these occasions. Actually no extremities are even listed on the injury report this week, leaving us even more free to use our imaginations.
NC State will be without Darryl Cato-Bishop and Rob Crisp once again, and Brandon Mitchell is officially out, not that there was any real doubt about that. Marques Valdez-Scantling might be making his return; he's listed as questionable. Matt Dayes is probable after suffering a leg injury in garbage time against Central Michigan, so that's a relief. I ain't need to be more angry about that than I already am.
Joe Giglio has some actual injury details:
LT Rob Crisp (concussion) will miss his third straight game and DE Darryl Cato-Bishop (ankle) will miss his second straight game

@NCSU_99_17_24 DCB has been in a boot at practice, haven't even seen Big Rob at practice

Sucks that Crisp can't seem to shake the injury bug. Here's hoping the big fella can get right and finish his career on a healthy note.
