The NCAA won't allow hashtags on college football fields anymore, but so help them if they attempt to challenge the use of hashtags in coaches' Twitter accounts. Anyway, the reason for this outburst of capital letters/red lights/hashtags is 2014 TE/OL Micah Till, who committed to NC State Thursday morning.
Till is somewhere in the 6-5, 260 range according to the various and inconsistent recruiting sites. I am guessing the coaching staff will want him to play offensive line, but who the heck knows. Maybe Dave Doeren is trying to build some sort of tight end Voltron offense. And in that case star ratings truly would not matter, which would be good since Till is unrated by Scout and 247Sports and is considered a two-star prospect by Rivals. NC State was the first FBS school to give him a scholarship offer.
Till is the third member of NC State's 2014 class, joining wide receiver Bo Hines and tight end Garrett Bradbury.
